A client's important employee news and information was being sourced from multiple locations through a message bulletin board system and managed by a full time resource. They were in need of a central repository for managing, sourcing and distributing massive amounts of content on a daily basis.

Aptia's Custom Solution

We designed an enterprise-grade content management and distribution system with thousands of subscribers. Named CNAEP News, it was launched as a central clearinghouse for employee news and information. Since inception, the application has grown in popularity and now supports many other internal business units and companies.

  or IT support.

Intuitive Editor

• What you see is what you get, leaving no doubts regarding format, fonts, etc.
• System users can copy and paste formatted text directly from Microsoft Word. Easy wizards are available for creating complex structures like tables without having to know HTML.
• Posting form includes optional advanced features to handle special cases like recurring events or delayed posting.
• Submitter and approver can control when the article will be dislpayed on the front page, when it will expire, how many email digests it will appear in and
  much more.
